my Millermatic 211 ground clamp sparks bad, using 0.035-inch wire at 20v. Clamp gets hot, Is there any solution?

Sparking clamp is unsafe. Check for rust, my Millermatic 211 sparked too. Get a new clamp, set 250 ipm, clean with alchohol, use 20 cfh argon.

Use heavier gauge clamp cable, it is safer.
