my Millermatic 252 ground clamp gets hot, using 0.035-inch wire at 22v. Sparks at clamp, Is there any solution?

Use heavier gauge clamp cable, it helps.

Sparking clamp is unsafe. Check for rust, get a new clamp like I did for my Millermatic 252. Set 230 ipm, test with multimeter, clean with alchohol, and use 20 cfh argon.
