Miller resistance spot welder weak studs

        All community members, my Miller resistance spot welder is giving weak studs with 0.2mm pins on aluminum, And studs pulls off easy. Any solutions?

          Weak studs comes from bad surface prep or settings. clean aluminum with alcohol thorough, use 0.25mm pins for better grip, And adjust weld time to 0.3 seconds. check ground connection, and keep firm pin contact. this improves stud strength.

            increase weld time to 0.4 seconds, It helps stud strength.

              Clean aluminum with alcohol for better grip, check ground clamp connection, And clean surface with acetone.
