my Miller 251 spool gun is warping aluminum with 0.035-inch wire at 90 amps, Any fixes?

Warping is from too much heat. use 0.030-inch wire for precision, set voltage to 16V, And tack weld first to hold shape. check argon at 22 CFH, and cool with a damp cloth. this reduces distortion.

use skip welding, It cuts down heat input to prevent warping.

Clamp material tight to control warping, set wire feed to 210 ipm, And tack weld first.
