Hi guys, my Miller 212 spool gun is arc is unstable with 0.030-inch wire at 18V, And welds is uneven. How i can avoid this problem?

Arc instability is from grounding or gas issues. check ground clamp for solid connection, adjust voltage to 19V, And set wire feed to 230 ipm. clean contact tip regular, and use a gas lense for better flow. this stabilizes the arc.

tighten ground clamp, It stabilizes the arc.

Use 25 CFH argon for better coverage, check polarity is set right, And clean aluminum with alcohol.
