miller 141 wire feed jams bad

        i’m confused cause my Miller 141 wire feed jams on mig with 0.035-inch mig wire at 20V, it’s frustrating. Can you give me a solution to this?

          Replace contact tip on your Miller 141, worn tips jam mig wire, use 220 ipm.

            Clean liner with alchohol on your Miller 141, dirty liners cause jams, set to 3.5 tension.
