my Lincoln PowerMIG 260 ground clamp sparks bad, using 0.035-inch wire at 24v. Clamp gets hot, Can you give me a solution to this?

Use heavier gauge clamp cable, it helps.

Sparking clamp is unsafe. Check for rust, get a new clamp like I did for my PowerMIG 260. Set 230 ipm, test with multimeter, clean with alchohol, and use 20 cfh argon.
