Hi guys i am frustrated cause my Lincoln PowerMIG 260 arc stutters bad on steel at 24 volts, And welds is weak. Any help?

Use clean steel, It helps the arc stay steady.

Arc is stuttering cause of a bad ground. Check clamp for rust, Tighten cables, And use 0.035-inch wire. my arc stabilized after that. Clean with alcohol, And set wire speed to 280 IPM.

Check voltage, My PowerMIG welds smooth at 22 volts.

Use 20 CFH gas flow, my welds got way better after tweaking it.
