What is the deal cause my Lincoln PowerMIG 260 arc pulses unevenly on steel, Using 0.035-inch wire at 24V, and welds has wavy lines. How i can avoid this problem?

Pulsing arcs comes from bad contact or grounding issues, Check tip for wear or damage, My PowerMIG 260 pulsed too, Clean tip with alcohol to remove residue, Set wire speed to 230 ipm for consistency, Use 20 CFH argon for stable shielding, Set voltage to 22V for control, Tighten all connections secure, Ensure clean ground clamp, Check for steel contamination.

wavy lines comes from dirty steel surfaces, Clean with acetone thorough before welding, My Lincoln arc is steady now, Check ground clamp for rust.

Increase voltage for stable arc control, it helps.

Check ground clamp for rust, it improves arc stability.
