i’m a little bit confused cause my Lincoln 180 wire feed skips bad on mig with 0.030-inch mig wire at 18V, welds barely form. Is there any solution?

Adjust drive roll tension on your Lincoln 180, set to 3.5, stops skipping.

Clean liner with alchohol on your Lincoln 180, dirty liners cause wire skips, use 220 ipm.
