I’m fed up cause my Hobart Handler 210 wire feeds unevenly, Using 0.030-inch wire at 22V, and welds looks lumpy and weak. How i can avoid this problem?

Uneven feed comes from bad tension or rollers, Adjust drive roll tension on Handler 210, My Hobart had feeding issues too, Use 240 ipm wire speed, Clean liner with alcohol, Check for wire kinks, Set voltage to 20V, Replace worn rollers.

lumpy welds comes from worn drive rolls, Replace them for steady feeding, My Hobart Handler feeds smooth now, Check spool tension for balance.

Adjust drive roll tension, it is smoother for feed.

Use 0.035-inch wire, it reduces drag and jamming.
