To all community members, fed up cause my Hobart Handler 210 wire feeds erratically, Using 0.030-inch wire at 22V, and welds has inconsistent beads. what is wrong?

Erratic feed comes from bad tension or worn rollers, Adjust drive roll tension on Handler 210 careful, My Hobart had feeding issues too, Use 240 ipm wire speed for smooth operation, Clean liner with alcohol to remove debris, Check for wire kinks or drag, Set voltage to 20V for stability, Replace worn rollers if needed, Ensure proper spool tension, Check ground clamp.

inconsistent beads comes from worn drive rolls, Replace them for steady feeding, My Hobart Handler feeds smooth now, Check spool tension for balance, Clean liner regular.

Loosen spool tension, it helps with smoother feed.

Use 0.035-inch wire to reduce drag, My Hobart feeds better now, Check liner condition.
