i am annoyed cause my Hobart Handler 210 wire feed jams bad with 0.035-inch wire, And it stops. What is the fix?

Feed is jamming cause of bad tension. Adjust roller pressure, my wire feeds smooth now. Check liner for clogs, Use 0.035-inch ER70S-6 wire, And clean with alcohol. Lube the liner too.

Check motor voltage with a multimeter, my Hobart feeds fine now.

Swap to new feed rollers, They is more reliable.
