my Hobart Handler 210 sparks start rag fires, using 0.030-inch 4043 wire at 20v. Shop is cluttered, Is there any solution?

Sparks ignite rags. Clear shop floor, my Hobart Handler sparked too. Drop to 18v, use 20 cfh argon, keep extinguisher handy.
