To all community members, losing patience cause my Hobart Handler 190 burns through thin steel, Using 0.030-inch wire at 22V, and welds burns through easy. any fixes?

Thin steel needs lower voltage setting, Set Handler 190 to 18V for control, Use 0.030-inch wire for better results, My Hobart burned through too, Clean with alcohol, Set wire speed to 220 ipm, Use 20 CFH argon, Avoid high amps, Use pulse mode if available.

Try pulse mode for thin steel, it helps.

burn-through means high heat on steel, Lower to 16V for better control, My Hobart welds thin steel smoothly now, Clean metal thorough.
