my Hobart Handler 190 mask dims too slow, using 0.030-inch wire at 22v. Eyes hurt, Is there any solution?

slow dimming is from bad sensor, check hood sensors for dirt.

Slow auto-darkening is risky. Get a new Hobart hood, mine stopped hurting. Check battery, use 20 cfh argon, clean with acetone, and wear safety glasses.
