hobart ironman 240 arc flickers

        Hi guys i am a bit confused cause my Hobart Ironman 240 arc flickers on mig with 0.035-inch wire at 20V, welds look uneven. any fixes?

          Lower voltage to 18V on your Hobart Ironman 240, use 20 CFH argon, reduces flicker.
