To all community members, out of ideas cause my Esab Rebel 235 wire jams in gun, Using 0.035-inch wire at 22V, and welds stops mid-job. any fixes?

Jams comes from bad liner or tension, Clean liner with alcohol thorough, My Esab Rebel jammed too, Adjust drive roll tension proper, Use 230 ipm wire speed, Check for wire kinks, Set voltage to 20V, Replace worn rollers, Ensure proper spool tension.

Try a new liner, it is smoother for feed.

worn rollers causes wire jams often, Replace drive rolls for smoother feeding, My Esab feeds consistent now, Check spool tension too.

Use 0.030-inch wire, it is less drag for feed.
