Hi guys i am confused cause my Esab Rebel 235 wire feeds jerky, Using 0.035-inch 4043 wire at 22V, and welds is uneven. what is wrong?

Jerky feed is from bad tension, Adjust drive rolls on your Rebel 235, My Esab had the same issue, Use 230 ipm wire speed, clean the liner with alcohol, check for wire kinks, and set voltage to 20V.

Try new drive rolls, they is smoother.

worn rollers causes jerky feeds, Replace them, My Esab feeds smooth now.
