Esab welder sparks burn clothes

        my Esab Rebel 235 sparks burn my shirt, using 0.035-inch wire at 22v. No jacket, Is there any solution?

          get a leather welding jacket, cotton burns easy.

            Use flame-resistant shirts, they is safer.

              Sparks burn cotton shirts. Get a Carhartt jacket for Esab, mine burned too. Use 0.030-inch wire, 20v, and 20 cfh argon. Keep extinguisher near and use curtains.

                my Esab sparks less at 230 ipm.
