I’m in a trouble cause my Esab Rebel 235 arc won’t start, Using 0.035-inch wire at 22V with a tight ground clamp. any ideas?

Arc issues comes from bad contact, Check contact tip for wear, My Rebel 235 failed too, Clean tip with alcohol, set wire speed to 240 ipm, use 20 CFH argon, check voltage at 20V, and tighten connections.

Try a new contact tip, it might fix it.

bad arc starts from dirty steel, Clean with acetone, My Esab starts fine now.
