Eastwood welder sparking

  My Eastwood spot welder sparks on 0.6mm steel, and sparks is ruining welds. Any solution?

  Polish electrode with a fine file, use a 0.08-second pulse, and clean with acetone.

  Sparks means dirty steel. Use a 0.08-second pulse, 2 kg pressure, and clean with acetone and wire brush. Copper-tungsten electrodes helps, check alignment cause tilted tips sparks, and clamp to a steel plate. Test on scrap.
