dual spot welder weak welds

        My dual spot welder is giving weak welds with 0.15mm nickel strips on 18650 batteries, and welds don’t hold. Any tips?

          increase pulse to 6, It is gonna make welds stronger.

            Weak welds comes from low power or bad contact. clean battery terminals with alcohol, use 0.2mm strips for strength, And set pulse to 6-8. check battery charge, and keep firm electrode pressure. this improves weld reliability.

              clean electrodes with a file regular, check battery charge, And use 0.2mm strips for stronger welds.
