My Bosch grinder is disc stops under load with a 4.5-inch disc on steel, stalls out mid-grind. If anyone of you know the solution please tell me?

Worn brushes causes stalling. Replace them, use a 24-grit disc, my Bosch angle grinder stopped stalling. Tighten flange nut for stability, clean spindle with alcohol for better spin.

Use a 24-grit disc for less resistance and tighten flange nut to prevent stalling.

Check spindle lock, it is probably sticking.

Stalling is from worn brushes. Check motor brushes and replace if short, my Bosch grinder is fixed.
