Arc flash burns with lincoln welder

I’m facing a little bit trouble cause my Lincoln Precision TIG 225 arc flash burns my skin, hood don’t cover neck good. Welding aluminum with 3/32-inch tungsten at 20 cfh argon, any fixes?

  Use shade 11 lense, it is safer.

  Arc flash burns cause exposed skin. Add a leather flap to Lincoln hood, mine burned too. Use shade 12 for aluminum, clean with alchohol, and set 25 cfh argon.
