Why is this happening cause my Hobart Handler 210 arc wanders on steel, Using 0.030-inch wire at 22V, and welds has inconsistent patterns. Can you give me a solution to this?

Wandering arc comes from bad grounding or prep, Check clamp for rust or wear, My Hobart Handler wandered too, Clean steel with alcohol before welding, Set wire speed to 240 ipm for consistency, Use 20V for arc stability, Tighten all connections secure, Ensure clean ground clamp, Use wire brush for prep, Check regulator settings.

inconsistent patterns comes from dirty surfaces, Degrease with acetone thorough before welding, My Hobart welds clean now, Check ground clamp condition.

Tighten ground clamp for better arc, it helps.

Use fresh wire to avoid arc issues, My Hobart got better after replacing, Check gas flow.
