Sticking wire comes from low wire speed or tension, Increase to 240 ipm for smoother welds, My Hobart Handler had same issues, Use 20 CFH argon for coverage, Clean steel with acetone thorough, Check drive roll tension for proper settings, Set voltage to 20V for stability, Ensure clean liner, Use wire brush for prep, Check spool tension.

lumpy welds comes from bad settings or prep, Adjust wire speed to 230 ipm for consistency, My Hobart welds clean now, Clean with alcohol thorough.

Increase wire speed for smoother welds, it helps.

Use 0.030-inch wire to reduce sticking, My Hobart got better, Check liner condition.
