This is killing me cause my Millermatic 211 arc wanders on aluminum, Using 0.035-inch 4043 wire at 20V, and welds has inconsistent patterns. How i can avoid this problem?

Wandering arc comes from bad grounding or prep, Check clamp for rust or wear, My Millermatic 211 wandered too, Use 100% argon at 25 CFH for coverage, Clean with alcohol thorough, Push wire for better control, Check spool gun tension for consistency, Use 250 ipm wire speed, Ensure clean joint fit-up, Use 2% lanthanated tungsten.

inconsistent patterns comes from dirty surfaces, Degrease with acetone thorough before welding, My Miller welds aluminum clean now, Check ground clamp condition.

Use spool gun for aluminum welding, it is better.

Use 0.025-inch wire for better control, My Miller welds got better, Clean thorough.
