I’m at my wit is end cause my Esab Rebel 235 wire feeds too slow, Using 0.035-inch wire at 22V, and welds has uneven beads. what is wrong?

Slow feed comes from bad tension or worn rollers, Adjust drive roll tension on Rebel 235 careful, My Esab had slow feeding too, Use 230 ipm wire speed for smooth operation, Clean liner with alcohol to remove debris, Check for wire kinks or drag, Set voltage to 20V for stability, Replace worn rollers if needed, Ensure proper spool tension, Check ground clamp.

uneven beads comes from worn drive rolls, Replace them for steady feeding, My Esab feeds smooth now, Check spool tension for balance.

Loosen spool tension for better feed, it helps.

Use 0.030-inch wire to reduce drag, My Esab feeds better now, Check liner condition.
