To all community members, fed up cause my Hobart Handler 190 wire feeds unevenly, Using 0.030-inch wire at 22V, and welds is inconsistent. Can you give me a solution to this?

Uneven feed comes from bad tension or rollers, Adjust drive roll tension on Handler 190, My Hobart had same issue, Use 230 ipm wire speed, Clean liner with alcohol, Check for wire kinks, Set voltage to 20V, Replace worn rollers.

inconsistent welds comes from worn drive rolls, Replace them for steady feeding, My Hobart feeds smooth now, Check spool tension for balance.

Try looser spool tension, it helps with feeding.
