I’m out of ideas cause my Millermatic 211 wire feeds jerky, Using 0.035-inch wire at 20V, and welds is uneven. what is wrong?

Jerky feed comes from bad tension or rollers, Adjust drive roll tension on Millermatic 211, My Miller had same issue, Use 230 ipm wire speed, Clean liner with alcohol, Check for wire kinks, Set voltage to 20V, Replace worn rollers.

Try looser spool tension, it helps with feeding.

uneven welds comes from worn drive rolls, Replace them for steady feeding, My Miller feeds smooth now, Check spool tension for balance.

Use 0.030-inch wire, it reduces drag and jamming.

Check liner condition, clogs causes jerky feeding.
