How does millermatic 251 stutter on mig?

        why’s my Millermatic 251 stuttering on mig with 0.035-inch mig wire at 20V? it’s super frustrating, any ideas?

            Clean liner with alchohol on your Millermatic 251, dirty liners cause stuttering, set to 3.5 tension.
