Hobart 210 burns through thin aluminum

        i’m in trouble cause my Hobart 210 burns through thin aluminum with 0.035-inch mig wire at 22V, welds look bad. any help?

          Lower voltage to 18V on your Hobart 210, use 15 CFH argon, prevents burn-through.

            Try pulse mode on your Hobart 210, controls heat better, set wire speed to 210 ipm.

              Check ground clamp on your Hobart 210, loose connection causes burn-through, use 0.035-inch wire.
