Hi guys i am annoyed cause my Hobart Handler 210 wire feed jerks bad with 0.035-inch wire, And it is uneven. What is the fix?

Feed is jerky cause of bad tension. Adjust roller pressure, my wire feeds smooth now. Check liner for clogs, Use 0.035-inch ER70S-6 wire, And clean with alcohol. Lube the liner too.

Check motor voltage with a multimeter, my Hobart feeds fine now.

Swap to new feed rollers, They is more reliable.

Replace worn liner, my feed stopped jerking after that.
