welder fan runs too loud

        i am annoyed cause my Esab Rebel 235 fan runs loud at 24 volts, And it is super noisy. Can you give me a solution to this?

          Loud fan is probably debris or bad bearings. Clean vents with compressed air, And check bearings for wear. my fan quieted down after that. Lube the motor, And test voltage.

            Check fan alignment, my Esab fan runs quiet after adjusting.

              Swap to a new fan motor, It is more reliable.
