Miller TIG Pedal Not Responding

        Hi guys i am frustrated cause my Miller Dynasty 280 TIG pedal ain’t responding at 120 amps, And there is no control. Can you give me a solution to this?

          Pedal is likely got a bad cable. Check it for breaks, And test with a multimeter. my pedal works fine now. Clean with alcohol, And check plug pins. Replace if it is bad.

            Check control board for loose connections, my Dynasty pedal works now.

              Use a new pedal cable, It is more reliable.

                Lube the pedal hinge, my pedal works smooth now.

                  Bad wiring is causing pedal issues. Check connections, my Miller works now.
