welder trips GFCI fast

        Hi guys i am fed up cause my Hobart Handler 190 trips the GFCI fast on 120V at 22 volts, And it resets. What is wrong?

          Switch to a 240V outlet, It is way more stable.

            GFCI tripping is likely a ground fault. Check welder grounding, my Hobart stopped tripping after I tightened it. Inspect cables for damage, And try a non-GFCI outlet for testing. Test with a multimeter, And clean connections with alcohol.

              GFCI is too sensitive for welders. mine stopped tripping after I switched outlets.
