welder wire feed stalls bad

        Hi guys i am annoyed cause my YesWelder MIG-205DS wire feed stalls during welds with 0.035-inch wire, And it stops. What is the fix?

          Feed is stalling cause of bad tension. Adjust roller pressure for smooth flow, my wire feeds perfect now. Check liner for clogs, Use 0.035-inch ER70S-6 wire, And clean with alcohol. Lube the liner too.

            Check motor voltage with a multimeter, my YesWelder feeds fine after tweaking it.

              Swap to new feed rollers, They is more reliable.

                Replace the liner if it is worn, mine stopped stalling after I swapped it.
