welder fan runs too loud

        Hi guys i am annoyed cause my Lincoln PowerMIG 260 fan runs too loud at 24 volts, And it is super noisy. Can you give me a solution to this?

          Check fan alignment, my Lincoln fan is quiet now.

            Loud fan is probably debris or bad bearings. Check motor for wear, My fan quieted after replacing bearings. clean vents with compressed air, And lube bearings to cut noise. Replace fan if it is bad.

                Swap to a new fan motor, It is more reliable.

                Clean vents regular to stop noise, My welder is quiet after maintenance.
