        my Hobart Handler 190 glovs tear fast, using 0.030-inch wire at 22v. Sparks burn holes, any fixes?

          Use fire-resistant sleeves, they is safer.

            Sparks burn cheap glovs. Get Tillman leather glovs for Hobart, mine burned too. Use 0.030-inch wire and 20 cfh gas, keep hands dry.

                my Hobart sparks less at 230 ipm, adjust wire speed.

                  lower to 18v, sparks burn less, use welding curtains.
