Steel Sculpture Welds Look Sloppy

        My steel sculpture welds look sloppy using MIG with 0.045-inch wire, beads is uneven. Can you give me a solution to this?

          Sloppy welds needs better technique. Use 0.035-inch wire, 24 volts, my sculpture beads looks smooth. Practice weave pattern, clean with alcohol.

            Use a Miller Multimatic, it is got better control.
