aluminum trailer frame cracks

  My aluminum trailer frame cracks at welds using TIG with 4043 filler, joints keeps failing. Can you give me a solution to this?

  Cracks means bad filler or heat. Use 5356 filler, lower amps to 120, my trailer frame held up. Clean with alcohol before welding, check joint fit-up.

  Use a Miller Syncrowave, it is got better control.
