My aluminum railing welds fail at joints using TIG with 4043 filler, railing wobbles bad. Is there any solution?

Failing welds need better filler. Use 5356 filler at 120 amps. My railing held up. Clean with alcohol. Check joint fit-up. Use 25 CFH argon. Adjust AC balance.

Miller Dynasty gives better arc. Use 3/32-inch tungsten. My welds look smoother. Clean aluminum thoroughly.

              Use 25 CFH argon flow.

Check gas lens for flow. My welds stopped failing. Use 5356 filler.

Increase argon to 25 CFH. My railing welds held. Clean with acetone.
