My Lincoln Electric welder and plasma cutter spatters bad with 0.035-inch 4043 wire, 19V, 230 ipm, welds is messy. How i can avoid this problem?

Lower voltage to 18V, it is gonna cut down spatter.

Spatter is from high wire speed. Drop to 200 ipm, use 18.5V, my Lincoln welder welds clean. Keep stickout at 3/8-inch, clean steel with alcohol, use anti-spatter spray to reduce mess.
