Tungsten Electrode Grinder Wheel Wears

        My tungsten electrode grinder wheel wears fast grinding 3/32-inch tungsten, it is slow to sharpen. Any fixes?

          Use a 60-grit diamond wheel, it lasts longer.

            Replace wheel with a 60-grit diamond, clean collet with alcohol to sharpen better.

              Dull wheel means wrong grit. Use a 60-grit diamond wheel, my grinder cuts better.
