TIG Electrode Grinder Sparks Too Much

        My TIG electrode grinder sparks heavy on 3/32-inch tungsten, it is messy and inconsistent, sparks flies everywhere. If anyone of you know the solution please tell me?

          Use a 60-grit diamond wheel, it is less mess.

            Sparks means wrong wheel. Use a 60-grit diamond wheel, my grinder runs clean. Clean collet with alcohol, reduce pressure to cut sparks.

              Check wheel alignment, clean with alcohol to reduce sparking.

                Worn wheel causes sparks. Replace with a 60-grit diamond, my grinder works better.
