mig plasma combo weak welds

        My MIG plasma combo welder gives weak welds with 0.035-inch wire, 20V, 250 ipm, welds snaps easy. Any solutions?

          Fast travel speed causes weak welds. Slow down, keep stickout at 3/8-inch, my combo welds at 21V, 270 ipm. Clean steel with alcohol, use 0.040-inch wire for fill, check ground clamp to boost penetration.

            Check polarity for better weld strength, set wire feed to 220 ipm, and clean liner.

              Increase voltage to 22V, it is gonna improve weld strength.
