Yeswelder ct2050 plasma cuts rough

        My Yeswelder CT2050 plasma cutter makes rough cuts at 50A, 65 PSI on 1/4-inch steel, edges is jagged. Any solutions?

          Uneven cuts is from fast travel speed. Slow down, keep torch steady, my CT2050 cuts smooth now.

            Increase air to 70 PSI, it is gonna improve cuts.

              Check electrode wear, replace if pitted, use 70 PSI for better cuts.
