Hi guys, my handheld resistance welder is welds is weak with 0.15mm nickel strips on 18650 batteries, and welds don’t hold. Any tips?

weak welds comes from low power or bad contact. Clean battery terminals with alcohol, use 0.2mm strips for strength, And set pulse to 6-8. check battery charge, and keep firm electrode pressure. this improves weld reliability.

Increase pulse to 6, it is gonna make welds stronger.
