Magnum pro 100sg spatter problems

        my Magnum Pro 100SG spool gun spatters bad with 0.030-inch wire at 18V, And welds looks messy. Any fixes?

          Lower voltage to 16V, it cuts spatter for cleaner welds.

            spatter is from gas flow or worn parts. Use anti-spatter gel on nozzle, check contact tip for wear, And set argon to 25 CFH. use 220 ipm wire feed, and clean liner with acetone. this reduces mess.

              Use a gas lense for better gas coverage, check polarity is set right, And clean aluminum with alcohol.
